  68.        For the sake of clarity, all references and restrictions to the use 
  69.     of the K9X also apply to all of the associated support files INCLUDING 
  70.     the K9Xmodem protocol.

  72.        K9X,  its overlays and all of its associated support files are  not 
  73.     public domain software,  nor are they free software.  K9X is copyright 
  74.     (C) 1985/1988  -  K9WY.COM and the K9Xmodem protocol are copyright (C)
  75.     1987/1988 by Crater Rim.

  77.        Non-registered users are granted  a  limited  license  to  use  K9X 
  78.     version 7.00SW on a trial basis for the purpose of determining whether 
  79.     these programs are suitable for their needs.  The term of this limited 
  80.     license  is  30  days.  Use  of K9X,  except for this limited purpose, 
  81.     requires registration.  Use of non-registered copies  of  K9X  by  any 
  82.     person,  business,  corporation,  governmental  agency or other entity 
  83.     institution is strictly forbidden.

  85.        Registration permits you to use K9X on a regular basis on a  single 
  86.     computer.  A  registered  user  may  use  the  program  on a different 
  87.     computer, but may not use the program on more than one computer at the 
  88.     same time.  Registration also includes priority support on  Underdog's 
  89.     MiniNet   BBS.   Users   need   register  only  one  version  of  K9X.  
  90.     Registration includes licensed use of all upgrades.

  93.     K9X must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts and Corporate  or 
  94.     site licensing is also available.

  96.        No user may modify K9X in any way,  including but  not  limited  to 
  97.     decompiling,   disassembling  or  otherwise  reverse  engineering  the 
  98.     program.

  100.        All users are granted a limited license to copy K9X  version 6.00SW 
  101.     only for the trial use of others subject to the above limitations, and 
  102.     also the following:

  104.           K9X  version 7.00SW must be copied in unmodified form,  complete

  175.        K9X  requires  that these cursor escape codes be received in strict 
  176.        accordance with the  ANSI364  standards  without  the  sending  BBS

  406.     creating  the  licensed copies and printing the documentation.  Backup

  409.     The  licensing  site  will  designate  one  individual who will act as 
  410.     liaison between the  licensing  site  and  Crater  Rim  Software.  All 
  411.     correspondence between the licensing site and Crater Rim Software will

  413.     etc.  will be forwarded to the licensing site liaison  by  Crater  Rim
